Roles

Roles

Create and manage account roles so you can assign access without setting permissions one by one.

A role is a named bundle of permissions. A permission is one specific ability in Verentis. You assign roles to people and services instead of setting permissions one by one.

Role list

The Roles screen lists each role's name, key, and status.

A key is a short technical name that identifies the role. A name is the human-friendly label people see in the app.

You can create a role if you have the create-role permission.
