Workspace API keys

Workspace API Keys works like account API Keys, but it is scoped to one workspace.

An API key is a secret token that lets a script or tool connect to Verentis without a person signing in. A workspace API key only works within that workspace.

Scope difference

Use a workspace API key when an automation should work with this workspace only. It does not give access to the whole account or to other workspaces.

API keys are one type of identity. An identity is something that can be given access. Learn more in Identities.
